My mom would always say “Courage.” to me in French whenever I’d leave for school or start a new job or when I was about to do something scary or tough. It made me feel like everything was going to be okay, like what was before me wasn’t so big and I wasn’t so small. It gave me strength. So, if you’re starting something new this week and it feels too big or too scary, courage.
